Elderly Arkansas woman shoots, kills 19 year old who broke into her home. This happened on October 31, 2017 and this was posted at 10:20 a.m. An elderly Arkansas woman shot a home intruder Sunday morning, killing the 19 year old man. The ADT alarm company received a burglar alarm call at the woman's house at 3:31 a.m. Sunday according to the Crittenden County Sheriffs Department. She was 80 and lived by herself. She said he advanced toward her and that's when she shot him in self defense. The incident is under investigation and no charges have been filed.

3 dead after shooting at a Colorado Walmart store. Two men and a female were killed in a shooting inside a suburban Denver Walmart on Wednesday night forcing customers to either hid in the store or frantically run for the doors. Aaron Stephens, 44 was in the checkout line when he heard a single shot followed by more bursts of gunfire. The Denver Post reported. He said customers started screaming and running for the exits. Investigators have not released any details about the circumstances of the shooting or the condition of the injured woman. A call to the Thornton Police Department went unanswered.
