Welcome to the website of the Golden Eagle the student news organization of Young-Coggs-Williams Preparatory Academy. The online"information zone" as we like to call it, was established in Winter of 2015. We are extremely proud of our inaugural senior class that have dedicated themselves as being the "first"!

 

All content on this website is written and produced by the students of the Journalism classes at Young-Coggs-Williams Preparatory Academy.  The online edition is updated on a weekly basis.

 

Editorials, columns, and reviews that appear with a byline are the opinions of the writer and not necessarily those of the staff, adviser, or administration. The staff editorial reflects the majority opinion of the editorial board of the the Golden Eagle and does not necessarily reflect the opinions of all students on the staff, of the adviser, or of the administration.

 

The Golden Eagle staff moderates all comments made on this website. Comments are expected to adhere to our standards and to be respectful and constructive.
