2016 CSTEM Experience

Once again the Young/Coggs/Williams CSTEM class participated in an awesome experience over the weekend. Our team converged on downtown Detroit for the STEM Midwest Challenge at Cobo Center. Our team consisted of Nashawn Browning, Demontrias Barnes and Kayla Wheeler, of the Young-Coggs-Williams High School. We were joined by our teacher Nick Doherty.

We had the honor of being on Fox2 Studios Saturday morning to discuss the event and showcase some of our work in robotics. Here is a link to the video/story:

We are very proud of Nashawn, Demontrias and Kayla. They really represented our school very well and were exposed to a litany of experiences that peaked their interest in the various opportunities that CSTEM offers.
