Our University of Parkside Visit

Our senior and junior students took a trip to UW-Parkside (UWP). While on the trip they learned about the many things that Parkside had to offer.

About UWP

Since 1968, the University of Wisconsin-Parkside has been enriching minds and changing lives of those who attend. That rich legacy continues today. UWP offers small classes and one-on-one faculty attention is the hallmark of the school and continues to be part of the school's history as they assist students to have a bright future. At UWP, they have a focus on students. This approach means students are never taught by assistants. This method ensures students don't get "lost in a crowd" and they get to work side-by-side with faculty dedicated to their success.

UWP also supports students by creating custom degree programs that meet the needs of today’s demanding job market, as well as students' abilities. This is accomplished by combining academic disciplines which energize new pursuits and discoveries. The environment at UWP encourages students to create interdisciplinary course programs that suit their interests.

After The Trip

After leaving UW-Parkside many students were very interested in attending the school. The week after our visit, the Admissions Counselor, Kyle Wallace, came to help students with the Admission application.
