Recently, the country has been intrigued by the unknown band of "social robin hood" group known as "Anonymous". I am also intrigued and have been following an interesting story about the group's latest adventure. I've listed a few facts and quotes from the group for my fellow students to consider, check this out:
* The hacklist group Anonymous declared an all out war on the Ku Klux Klan
* They vowed to expose the members of the group who have infiltrated police departments and members of the government.
*They promised by the middle of November there would be 1000 members of the KKK unmasked/exposed as a part of the KKK.
* The pledge was made after coming across the private information through a Twitter account that was hacked
* Anonymous began publishing the personal details of members of the KKK as a part of its campaign of cyber warfare against the hate group.
* The KKKwants to protest against Anonymous on the world wide, annual "Million Mask March"
* Anonymous made a statement related to the hacking of the hate group that says: "After closely observing so many of you for so very long, we feel confident that applying transparancy to your organizational cell is the right, just, appropriate and only course of action. You are abhorrent. criminals.... You operate much more like terrorists and you should be recognized as such."
